Bracken Launches New Centre

Bracken Limited has launched a second serviced office in Leeds known as The Tannery to compliment their existing serviced office, Calls Wharf .

The building located on Kirkstall Road was, up until recently, the headquarters offices of Arla Dairies before they relocated to Stourton and through a joint venture with CDP Limited we have been able to refurbish the building to offer a first phase of 11 serviced offices ranging from 1 to 11 person offices.

Denise McGeachy comments "We see The Tannery as offering the perfect compliment to Calls Wharf. It has a similar style and feel and is operated by the same team, yet whereas Calls Wharf is a city centre serviced office, The Tannery is a fringe of city centre serviced office. This allows us to offer a different type of deal to occupiers who may have slightly different priorities to our Calls Wharf occupiers.
