The continued success of the initial phases of The Tannery has prompted Bracken, the team behind the development of The Tannery as a serviced office location. To commit to further expand their serviced office offering in the building. .

Further recent lettings to Ensign Security and Logical Resources, along with commitment from other occupiers have seen The Tannery become a busy operation.

The third phase of serviced offices has been planned to provide a further ten offices which will be available in April. The new accommodation will cater for a range of space requirements from one person to 10 person offices.
